UNTCC Chiefs Conclave: The Indian Army will host the United Nations True Countrybuting Countries (UNTCC) Chiefs Conclave in New Delhi from 14th to 16th October. This global conference will include senior military officers and chiefs from 32 countries in the world, who are instrumental in the UN peacekeeping operations.

The event is being on the initiative of the Indian Army and is being a symbol of commitment to India’s international peace, stability and cooperation. The conference held in New Delhi will discuss the challenges faced by strengthening military cooperation globally and in peace campaigns.

India has been a pioneer in the nations contributing the largest contributions in the UN peace campaigns. Indian soldiers have been serving under the UN flags in various parts of the world for decades. In this background, this conference organized by the Indian Army will not only strengthen India’s military diplomacy but also give a new direction to global cooperation.

UNTCC Chiefs Conclave aims to discuss challenges, new technologies, training and future preparations associated with the operation of peace campaigns. The participants at the conference will share their experiences and discuss the measures to make peace campaigns more effective.

The conference starts from 14th October to 16th October. It will also include Defence Minister Rajnath Singh, External Affairs Minister Dr. S. Jaishankar and UN Under-Secretary-General Four Piece Functions Jean-Pierre Lacroa.

इस दौरान विभिन्न प्लेनरी सत्रों में अलग-अलग देशों के सैन्य प्रमुख अपने अनुभव, विचार और रणनीतियां साझा करेंगे। सम्मेलन में द्विपक्षीय वार्ताएं, डिफेंस एक्जीबिशन, और सांस्कृतिक कार्यक्रम भी आयोजित किए जाएंगे, जो भारत की “वसुधैव कुटुंबकम” यानी “पूरा विश्व एक परिवार है” की भावना को प्रकट करेंगे।

मिली जानकारी के अनुसार इस सम्मेलन में 32 देश हिस्सा लेंगे, जो संयुक्त राष्ट्र के शांति अभियानों में योगदान देते रहे हैं। इनमें से 15 देश अपने सैन्य प्रमुखों के स्तर पर प्रतिनिधित्व करेंगे, जबकि 17 देशों के उप-प्रमुख और सात देशों के अन्य वरिष्ठ सैन्य अधिकारी इसमें शामिल होंगे।

मुख्य स्तर पर शामिल देशों में भूटान, बुरुंडी, इथियोपिया, फिजी, फ्रांस, घाना, कजाखस्तान, किर्गिस्तान, मंगोलिया, पोलैंड, श्रीलंका, तंजानिया, युगांडा, उरुग्वे और वियतनाम के सैन्य प्रमुख शामिल हैं। इसके अलावा अल्जीरिया, आर्मेनिया, बांग्लादेश, ब्राज़ील, कंबोडिया, इटली, नेपाल, केन्या, रवांडा, सेनेगल, ऑस्ट्रेलिया, मिस्र, मलेशिया, मोरक्को, नाइजीरिया, थाईलैंड और मेडागास्कर अपने-अपने देशों का प्रतिनिधित्व वरिष्ठ स्तर पर करेंगे।
