Work will come in testing arms and sensors
The most important roles of the supporter include testing indigenous weapons, radars, sensors and other military equipment in the sea. A new weapon or sensor is required to check its capacity in different circumstances before using the Navy.
Pro-like ships can help reduce the use of frontline warships for these tests. The main warship can focus on its regular operational responsibilities.
This ship can also work with Target Deployment and Recovery. The special system system is needed to deploy and return the targets used in the air or under the water, on the surface during the anti-submersion of gunary and anti-submarine warfare.
Even during the testing of torpedo and other weapons in the sea, such platforms are needed. To assess the functionality of the arms and the performance of the related systems. (English)
Mothership for operation of unmanned systems
In modern naval operation Unmanaged System The role of growing. These include uncontained crewed air drones, unmanaged vasals running on the surface and autonomous systems working under water.
The supporter has also been prepared from the point of play for such systems. It can be used to help these platforms move to the sea, their trial and operation.
The importance of this potential is because it is not necessary to send the large warship of the crew to every mission in the sea. Some monitoring and testing work can also be done with the help of unmanaged systems. (English)
