PLA Nuclear Attack Warning: The new study of a medical research team linked to China’s People’s Liberation Army (PLA) rocket force has extended discussions in China’s strategic and security circles. The study said that the probability of a large nuclear war at a global level is low at the moment, but the anticipation of a nuclear attack limited by a small or medium nuclear power country or a terrorist organization cannot be completely rejected. The report specifically stated that large cities in China need to be prepared for such a possible attack situation.
Let’s say this study published on September 4 has been prepared by the Researchers of the PLA Rocket Force Characteristic Medical Center.
PLA Nuclear Attack Warning: Japan's name to worry
Report japan is referring to. The study states that Japan has not yet joined the "Treety on the Prohibition of Nuclear Weapons" i.e. the Nuclear Weapons Restriction Treaty. The treaty was implemented in 2017 and which prevents the use of nuclear weapons.
The report also stated that the debate is on the long-applicable "three non-permanu principles" in Japan. Under these principles Japan is adopting the policy of not placing nuclear weapons, not making and not allowing them to enter their territory.
"Japan has not yet been involved in the Nuclear Weapon Restriction Treaty and the Japanese government is reconsidering the entry rules of nuclear weapons under three non-fertile principles. This is a big threat sign for the international community. ""
While the Japanese government is publicly constantly saying that he is following his responsibilities under the nuclear dissemination treaty and the three non-permanent principles are still applicable. (PLA Nuclear Attack Warning)

Reduced chances of large nuclear wars, but not eliminate risk
According to the report, researchers believe that the probability of being a full-scale nuclear war between major nuclear countries such as the US, Russia, China, UK and France is less visible at the moment.
The five permanent member countries of the UN Security Council in January 2022 had issued the United Statement that "Nuclear War Can’t be won and it should never be fought. ""
In spite of the Chinese study warned that geopolitical stress, religious conflicts or any group inspired by terrorism or country may use nuclear weapons at a limited level.
"If a country or terror organization raises such a risk, then it’s unlikely to completely eliminate that China’s big city could become a victim of nuclear terrorist attack. Warning
Formulated models from Hiroshima data
The study has an imagination of what if attacked by a low-capacity tactical nuclear weapon on a large Chinese city.
For this, researchers used historical data of nuclear attack on Hiroshima, Japan in 1945. Also included the results of modern computer simulations and disaster modeling made around the world.
Researchers found that the infrastructure of the city will first be affected after such an attack. The functionality of roads, power systems, communication networks and hospitals can be severely disrupted.
After this, a large number of injured people will put pressure on the medical system. Patients with burns, injured people from explosions and victims of radiation exposure may include citizens. (PLA Nuclear Attack Warning)
The biggest challenge will be in front of hospitals
According to the report, hospitals will face a variety of difficulties simultaneously after nuclear attack.
Most patients in normal calamities come with a similar injuries, but the condition of the nuclear attack is different. Problems like irritation, bone injury, internal hemorrhages, radiation sickness and mental trauma come together.
Researchers said that local medical capacity can quickly reach their limits in such a situation. Similarly, specialized training will be required for medical teams and radiation experts. The report also stated that social dislocation after nuclear attack and circumstances of fear can make relief tasks more difficult. (PLA Nuclear Attack Warning)
China Pre-made Emergency Network
According to the study china Already designed a large emergency rescue network to tackle nuclear emergencies. More than 30 special bases have been established across the country where victims of nuclear attack or radiation disaster can be treated.
(PLA Nuclear Attack Warning)
(PLA Nuclear Attack Warning)
(PLA Nuclear Attack Warning)
(PLA Nuclear Attack Warning)
