China on LAC: China’s large preparation on LAC in East Ladakh; Chinese army making ‘Killa’, placing large arms flyer

China on LAC: China’s activities are released in the areas adjacent to the actual control line (LAC) in Ladakh, despite the commencement of the disengagement process between China and India, ranging from border disputes. China has started expanding the pre-existing Underground facility near the India-China border. The site was built in 2015-16, but it is now being strengthened and enlarged. Being assumed that it is being prepared considering China’s military strategy and future needs.

The construction of new tunnels and buildings in this Underground facility located near East Ladakh in Satellite Imagery is clearly visible. This facility is located in Nagri about 60 kilometres away from the Demochok area of India. China on LAC: Activities near Pengong Tasto Lake

China is rapidly strengthening its position on the northern edge of Pengong Tasto Lake. The satellite image has seen building roads and bridges with new buildings and helipads. The region is historically regarded as part of India, but China had occupied it between 1959-62.
