वाइस एडमिरल वात्सायन के मुताबिक अगले साल 19 और जहाज, और उसके अगले साल करीब 13-14 जहाज नौसेना में कमीशन होंगे। नौसेना के अनुसार, यह इंडक्शन प्लान पहले से तय समय के हिसाब से ही आगे बढ़ रहा है। वाइस एडमिरल वात्सायन ने बताया कि इस साल के आखिर तक लगभग चार और वॉरशिप नौसेना में कमीशन किए जा सकते हैं। यह संख्या बताती है कि भारतीय शिपयार्ड लगातार प्रोडक्शन बढ़ा रहे हैं और यह इंडक्शन प्लान निर्धारित समय के मुताबिक आगे बढ़ रहा है। आने वाले सालों में इन जहाजों और पनडुब्बियों से नौसेना की समुद्री क्षमता और ऑपरेशनल ताकत में बड़ा इजाफा होगा।

Indian Navy Modernisation: 2025 रहा नौसेना के लिए लकी

नौसेना के लिए साल 2025 अब तक का सबसे व्यस्त और सफल वर्षों में से एक है। 1 जनवरी से 20 नवंबर तक भारतीय नौसेना में कुल 11 जहाज कमीशन किए गए हैं। ये सभी ज्यादातर स्वदेश में ही बने हैं, जो आत्मनिर्भर भारत की दिशा में बड़ा कदम है। पिछले 10 सालों का आंकड़ा देखें, तो आधिकारिक तौर पर 33 जहाज और 7 सबमरीन शामिल किए गए। जबकि साल 2025 में ही अकेले 10 जहाज और एक सबमरीन 20 नवंबर तक शामिल हुए हैं। इनमें एक स्कॉर्पीन क्लास सबमरीन भी शामिल है। वहीं, इस साल के आखिर तक यह संख्या 15 तक पहुंच सकती है। 2025 में भारतीय नौसेना में शामिल होने वाला आखिरी विदेश में बना जहाज आईएनएस तमाल था।

MQ-9B ड्रोन पर नेवी ने कही ये बात

वहीं, अमेरिका से MQ-9B हाई-एंड ड्रोन को लेकर वाइस एडमिरल वात्सायन ने साफ कहा कि इन ड्रोन का कॉन्ट्रैक्ट पूरा हो चुका है और उनकी डिलीवरी तय समय पर होगी। वहीं, उन्होंने बताया कि एमएच-60आर रोमियो हेलिकॉप्टर का अंतिम बैच मिलने का इंतजार है। जबकि पी-8आई निगरानी विमान को लेकर अमेरिका से बातचीत जारी है। नौसेना के अनुसार प्रक्रिया का हर चरण समय लेता है, लेकिन सभी प्रोजेक्ट आगे बढ़ रहे हैं। साथ ही नौसेना लगातार इस लक्ष्य पर भी काम कर रही है कि जितना संभव हो, उतनी अधिक तकनीकें और प्लेटफॉर्म भारत में ही बनाए जाएं।

Indian Navy Modernisation: उद्योगों और स्टार्टअप्स को दिए 450 करोड़ रुपये

नौसेना 25-26 नवंबर को स्वदेशीकरण कार्यक्रम ‘स्वावलंबन 2025’ का आयोजन कर रही है। इस कार्यक्रम में एमएसएमई, स्टार्टअप्स और उद्योग जगत को वह सभी चुनौतियां बताई जाएंगी जिनका सामना नौसेना ने ऑपरेशन सिंदूर के दौरान किया था। नौसेना के वाइस चीफ ने साफ कहा कि ऑपरेशन सिंदूर से जो सीख मिली, उन सभी को उद्योग जगत के सामने “चैलेंज” के रूप में रखा जा रहा है ताकि भविष्य के युद्धक माहौल के लिए सॉल्यूशन तैयार किए जा सकें।

वाइस चीफ एडमिरल वात्सायन के अनुसार अब तक 198 तकनीकी चुनौतियां स्वीकृत की जा चुकी हैं। डिफेंस इनोवेशन ऑर्गनाइजेशन ने 2000 करोड़ रुपये की फाइनेंशियल कमिटमेंट जताई है, जिनमें से 450 करोड़ रुपये पहले ही उद्योगों और स्टार्टअप्स को दे दिए गए हैं। अब तक 1500 करोड़ रुपये के 16 बड़े कॉन्ट्रैक्ट भी किए जा चुके हैं। यह दिखाता है कि नौसेना स्वदेशी प्रणालियों को तेजी से अपना रही है और रक्षा क्षेत्र में घरेलू उद्योग का योगदान बढ़ रहा है।

वहीं, नौसेना ने भविष्य की तकनीकी दिशा भी साफ कर दी है। वाइस चीफ एडमिरल वात्सायन का कहना है कि आने वाला युद्ध मल्टी-डोमेन होगा, जिसमें समुद्र, हवा, पानी के नीचे, अंतरिक्ष, साइबर और डेटा सब एक साथ जुड़ेंगे। उन्होंने कहा कि वह इस दिशा में पहले से काम कर रही है और कई उभरती तकनीकों को एक्चुअल कॉम्बैट कैपेबिलिटी में बदला जा रहा है।

इनमें प्रमुख तकनीकें हैं, इनमें अनमैन्ड सिस्टम, हाई पावर कंप्यूटिंग, आर्टिफिशियल इंटेलिजेंस और लार्ज लैग्वेज मॉडल (एलएलएम), प्रिसिजन स्ट्राइक वेपंस और उनके बचाव के सिस्टम, अंतरिक्ष आधारित तकनीकें, साइबर वॉरफेयर, कॉग्निटिव वॉरफेयर, नॉन-आरएफ कम्युनिकेशन यानी लेजर और आईआर बेस्ड कॉन्टैक्ट सिस्टम, और नई कैमोफ्लेज टेक्नोलॉजी शामिल है। नौसेना का कहना है कि दुनिया में जो भी आधुनिक तकनीक सामने आएगी, भारतीय नौसेना उसे अपने ऑपरेशनल ढांचे का हिस्सा बनाएगी।

नौसेना ने दो टूक कहा कि “भविष्य का युद्ध उतना ही तकनीकी होगा, जितना सामरिक। इसलिए हर तकनीक को युद्धक क्षमता में बदलना ही हमारी प्राथमिकता है।” नौसेना के अनुसार भारत के शिपयार्ड तेजी से निर्माण कर रहे हैं, उद्योग जगत स्वदेशीकरण को गति दे रहा है और तकनीकी तैयारी युद्ध के हर नए आयाम के लिए आगे बढ़ रही है।
