Indian Navy Commanders Conference 2025The Indian Navy’s Commanders Conference is the largest meeting of Naval Top Officers. It is held twice a year, where it comes to defence, security, operations, and future plans. This conference in 2025 is getting into two editions. The first is in April, and the second is taking place in New Delhi on 22-24 October 2025. The conference of this bar is so special as it is being organized after the operation shifter.

The conference will be discussing the Naval War Preparatory, Military Campaigns and Maritime Power Projection of India in the Indian Ocean region. The focus of the Naval Top Commanders is on how to further strengthen interoperability and joint operation capacity coupled with Indian Navy, Indian Army, Indian Air Force and Indian Coast Guard.
During the conference, Defence Minister Rajnath Singh and Cabinet Secretary will also address the Naval Officers and the Government’s priorities associated with the vision of National Security, Defence Policy and ‘Developed India 2047’ will keep their views. The conference’s agenda involves protecting the country’s marine borders, protecting strategic interests in the Indo-Pacific region and advancing Ocean Vision (Mutual and Holistic Advancement for Security Acros All Regions).
Naval Chief Admiral Dinesh Tripathi, together with his commanders, will review security situations, training, resources, and operational requirements in the Indian Ocean region. The Naval Deployment on Western and Eastern Seaboards in particular and the development of indigenous platforms under ‘Make in India’ will be emphasized.
CDS during the conference, Air Force Heads will also discuss with Naval Top Leadership. The purpose of these discussions is to promote the use of joint planning and resources in an efficient manner to effectively cope with future complex security challenges.
The conference has also focused on modern techniques. A key part of the navy discussion will also be on how techniques like Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning and Big Data Analytics can be included in the Combat Operations and Decision Making Process. To further strengthen the Naval Digitized and Network-Central Warfare capacity.

इससे पहले इसा पहला एडिशन इस साल अप्रैल मे आयोजित हुआ था, जो 5-11 अप्रैल तक चला था। इसे दो फेज में आयोजित किया गया था। पहला फेज 5 अप्रैल को कर्नाटक के कारवार में हुआ था, जिसका उद्घाटन रक्षा मंत्री राजनाथ सिंह ने किया था। पहले फेज में नौसेना की तैयारी, मॉडर्नाइजेशन और प्रोजेक्ट सीबर्ड (नया नौसेना बेस) का रिव्यू हुआ था।
वहीं दूसरा फेज 7-10 अप्रैल तक नई दिल्ली में आयोजित हुआ था। इसका फोकस जियोपॉलिटिकल चैलेंजेस, ऑपरेशन ब्रह्मा (लिटोरल देशों की मदद), और 7 मुख्य क्षेत्र युद्ध लड़ाई, फोर्स बिल्डिंग, लॉजिस्टिक्स, नई टेक, वर्कफोर्स, एजिलिटी और अन्य एजेंसियों से तालमेल रहा था। इसमें नौसेना का स्पेस विजन, ऑपरेशनल डेटा फ्रेमवर्क, नेवल एविएशन सेफ्टी, और ‘नेवी फॉर लाइफ एंड बियॉन्ड’ जैसे विजनरी डॉक्यूमेंट लॉन्च किए गए थे।
