The flags of both countries are placed on their back and table as per diplomatic protocols when a country’s foreign minister arrives on India’s journey. Devband and Taj Mahal will go to Muttaki
During the six-day visit to Mutsky (Amir Khan Muttaqi India) he will not only include political meetings but also visit cultural and religious sites. On October 11, they will visit the famous Darul Uloom Deoband Madarse, located in Saharanpur district. This institution has been a historically inspirational venue for many Taliban leaders. Darul Uloom Hakkania, located in Khabar Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan, was established on the model of the corresponding Devband, from which many senior commanders of Taliban had received education.
On October 12, the Taj Mahal will be seen in Mutki Agra. They will then also participate in the program of industry and business representatives organized by a leading Chamber of Commerce in New Delhi.
Meeting in Hyderabad House

क्या मान्यता देगा भारत?
मुत्ताकी (Amir Khan Muttaqi India visit) की इस यात्रा से दो दिन पहले भारत सरकार ने एक क्षेत्रीय समूह के तहत उन्हें पहली बार “सदस्य” के रूप में शामिल किया। यह कदम भारत को तालिबान को औपचारिक मान्यता देने के और करीब ले जाने वाला माना जा रहा है। मुत्ताकी संयुक्त राष्ट्र की प्रतिबंध सूची में होने के बावजूद भारत में पांच दिन के दौरे पर आएंगे, जिसके लिए विशेष अनुमति दी गई है।
मॉस्को फॉरमेट बैठक की तस्वीरों में मुत्ताकी को अन्य प्रतिनिधियों के बीच तालिबान के काले-सफेद झंडे के साथ देखा गया। यह वही झंडा है जिसे तालिबान शासन ने अपनाया है। संयुक्त राष्ट्र अब भी अफगानिस्तान के पूर्व गणराज्य के लाल-काले-हरे तिरंगे को मान्यता देता है। यही झंडा अभी भी नई दिल्ली में अफगान दूतावास पर लहरा रहा है।
तालिबान शासन को अब तक रूस को छोड़कर किसी ने औपचारिक मान्यता नहीं दी है। मुत्ताकी की यह यात्रा भारत की विदेश नीति के लिए एक संवेदनशील और प्रतीकात्मक क्षण है, जहां उसे प्रोटोकॉल और राजनीतिक संदेश के बीच संतुलन बनाना होगा।
ऑपरेशन सिंदूर का किया था समर्थन
मई 2025 में ऑपरेशन सिंदूर और पहलगाम आतंकी हमले के बाद भारत और पाकिस्तान के बीच युद्धविराम की घोषणा हुई थी। इसके कुछ ही दिन बाद 15 मई को मुत्ताकी (Amir Khan Muttaqi India visit) और एस. जयशंकर के बीच बातचीत हुई थी। यह तालिबान के काबुल पर कब्जे (अगस्त 2021) के बाद भारत और तालिबान के बीच पहला उच्च-स्तरीय राजनीतिक संपर्क था।
