Rajnath Singh Ran Samwad 2025: The Role of Techniques and ‘Surprise’
Defence Minister said that the technology and surprise in the modern war (Surprise) is the biggest reason for his complexity and unexpected appearance. He said that technical development is becoming so fast that the second one comes to the front before understanding an innovation and changes the direction of the war.
He said "Unmand Aerial Vehicles (UAV), Hypersonic Missiles, Cyber Attack and Artificial Intelligence based decisions have become the new identity of today’s war. The biggest aspect of this change is that there is no permanent form. It constantly changes and this uncertainty confuses the enemy. ""
Rajnath Singh Ran Samwad 2025: Examples of Operation Shifter
Rajnath Singh noted the recent operation shifter in his speech. He said this campaign showed how India’s forces can achieve quick and decisive success with technology-based strategy and joint action.
He said that in this operation, the Air Force deactivated the abilities of the enemy by proving deeper, the Navy stopped the activities of the enemy in the Arabian Sea and Thalassena dominated the strategic fronts.
The Defence Minister told it "Perfect Example of Technical-driven War" and said that it would lead India to experience that would guide any future conflict.
Rajnath Singh Ran Samwad 2025: Particular mention of the "Suggestion Cycle Mission"
Defence Minister Rajnath Singh during his address in Ran Dialogue 2025 specifically mentioned the "Sushdarshan Chakra Mission" announced by Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
He said that this mission symbolizes the commitment of the Government of India’s Self Defence. Under this mission, important bases and tactical sites of the country will be covered with security armor made of modern and indigenous technology.
रक्षा मंत्री ने बताया कि सुदर्शन चक्र मिशन का मकसद यह सुनिश्चित करना है कि भारत की रक्षा प्रणाली भविष्य की चुनौतियों का सामना करने में सक्षम रहे। इसमें उन्नत एयर डिफेंस टेक्नोलॉजी, डाइरेक्टेड एनर्जी वेपन (Directed Energy Weapons) और अत्याधुनिक स्वदेशी हथियार प्रणालियों को शामिल किया जाएगा।
राजनाथ सिंह ने इस संदर्भ में डीआरडीओ की हालिया उपलब्धियों का भी जिक्र किया और कहा कि संगठन ने इंटीग्रेटेड एयर डिफेंस वेपन सिस्टम और हाई पॉवर्ड डाइरेक्टेड एनर्जी वेपन का सफल परीक्षण किया है। उन्होंने इसे पूरे राष्ट्र की सफलता बताया और कहा कि यह भारत की वैज्ञानिक और औद्योगिक क्षमता की बड़ी उपलब्धि है।
Ran Samwad 2025: आत्मनिर्भरता: सुरक्षा की रीढ़
राजनाथ सिंह ने कहा कि आत्मनिर्भरता अब सिर्फ एक नारा नहीं बल्कि राष्ट्रीय सुरक्षा की अटूट नींव है। उन्होंने बताया कि भारत कभी रक्षा उपकरणों का सबसे बड़ा आयातक था, लेकिन आज वह निर्यातक देशों में गिना जा रहा है।
उन्होंने कहा कि “आज हमारे स्वदेशी प्लेटफॉर्म तेजस हल्का लड़ाकू विमान, एडवांस्ड टोव्ड आर्टिलरी गन सिस्टम, आकाश मिसाइल सिस्टम और स्वदेशी एयरक्राफ्ट कैरियर – दुनिया को यह संदेश दे रहे हैं कि भारत की तकनीक और गुणवत्ता अब विश्वस्तरीय है। यह आत्मविश्वास हमारे वैज्ञानिकों, उद्योग जगत और नेतृत्व की देन है।”
रक्षा मंत्री ने बताया कि वर्ष 2014 में जहां रक्षा उत्पादन 46,425 करोड़ रुपये था, वहीं 2024-25 में यह बढ़कर 1.5 लाख करोड़ रुपये से अधिक हो गया। इसी तरह, रक्षा निर्यात 10 साल पहले 1,000 करोड़ रुपये से भी कम था, जो अब 24,000 करोड़ रुपये तक पहुंच गया है।
युद्ध का बदलता चेहरा
अपने संबोधन में उन्होंने बताया कि अब केवल सैनिकों की संख्या या हथियारों का भंडार युद्ध जीतने के लिए पर्याप्त नहीं है। अब सफलता के लिए वास्तविक समय की खुफिया जानकारी, सटीक हथियार और डेटा-आधारित रणनीति अनिवार्य हो गई है।
उन्होंने रूस-यूक्रेन संघर्ष का उदाहरण देते हुए कहा कि 2022 में यह युद्ध पारंपरिक हथियारों से शुरू हुआ था, लेकिन तीन साल में ही यह पूरी तरह बदल गया। अब इसमें ड्रोन, सेंसर-आधारित हथियार और सटीक प्रहार करने वाले म्युनिशन निर्णायक भूमिका निभा रहे हैं।
अपने भाषण में रक्षा मंत्री ने इतिहास से लेकर आधुनिक समय तक युद्ध के स्वरूप में आए बदलावों पर भी बात की। उन्होंने कहा कि द्वितीय विश्व युद्ध के बाद वायु शक्ति निर्णायक बन गई और 1962 के क्यूबा मिसाइल संकट ने दिखाया कि परमाणु हथियारों ने दुनिया के संतुलन को बदल दिया।
आज के युग में युद्ध केवल सीमाओं तक सीमित नहीं है। यह साइबर स्पेस, आर्टिफिशियल इंटेलिजेंस, ड्रोन, सेंसर और इलेक्ट्रॉनिक वारफेयर तक फैल चुका है।
उन्होंने कहा कि “आज का युद्ध केवल बंदूक या मिसाइलों से नहीं लड़ा जाता। डेटा, सूचना और तकनीकी श्रेष्ठता ही निर्णायक कारक बन गई है।”
भविष्य की तैयारियां और नई पहलें
रक्षा मंत्री ने कहा कि युद्ध अब इतने अचानक और अप्रत्याशित हो गए हैं कि यह अनुमान लगाना कठिन है कि कोई संघर्ष कब शुरू होगा और कब खत्म होगा। इसलिए भारत को हर स्थिति के लिए तैयार रहना होगा।
उन्होंने कहा कि “अगर कोई युद्ध दो महीने, चार महीने, एक साल या पांच साल तक भी खिंच जाए, तो हमें पूरी तरह तैयार रहना चाहिए। हमारी क्षमता ऐसी होनी चाहिए कि हम किसी भी स्थिति का सामना कर सकें।”
राजनाथ सिंह ने यह भी जानकारी दी कि आर्मी ट्रेनिंग कमांड ने 2027 तक सभी सैनिकों को ड्रोन तकनीक की ट्रेनिंग देने का निर्णय लिया है। साथ ही सेना में नई यूनिट्स जैसे रुद्र ब्रिगेड, शक्तिबाण रेजिमेंट, दिव्यास्त्र बैटरी, ड्रोन प्लाटून और भैरव बटालियन बनाई गई हैं, जो भविष्य की चुनौतियों के अनुरूप हैं।
नौसेना और वायुसेना की मजबूती
राजनाथ सिंह ने बताया कि हाल ही में आईएनएस हिमगिरी और आईएनएस उदयगिरी जैसे स्वदेशी स्टेल्थ फ्रिगेट नौसेना में शामिल किए गए हैं। ऑपरेशन सिंदूर के दौरान नौसेना ने अरब सागर में दुश्मन की गतिविधियों को पूरी तरह रोक दिया था, जिससे भारत की समुद्री सीमाएं सुरक्षित रहीं।
वायुसेना को भी लगातार नई क्षमताओं से लैस किया जा रहा है। लंबी दूरी की मिसाइलें, अगली पीढ़ी के हथियार और काउंटर-अनमैन्ड एरियल सिस्टम्स ग्रिड वायुसेना की शक्ति को और बढ़ा रहे हैं।
संपूर्ण राष्ट्र की जिम्मेदारी
रक्षा मंत्री ने कहा कि राष्ट्रीय सुरक्षा अब केवल सशस्त्र सेनाओं की जिम्मेदारी नहीं है। इसमें देश की अर्थव्यवस्था, औद्योगिक ढांचा, शिक्षा व्यवस्था, तकनीकी क्षमताएं और नागरिक समाज सभी की भूमिका है।
उन्होंने कहा कि “आज की दुनिया में सुरक्षा केवल सीमाओं तक सीमित नहीं है। यह हमारी आर्थिक प्रणाली, औद्योगिक संरचना और तकनीकी नेटवर्क से भी जुड़ी हुई है। इसलिए राष्ट्रीय सुरक्षा अब पूरे राष्ट्र का विषय है। इसमें उद्योग, शिक्षाविद, मीडिया और नागरिक समाज सभी की सक्रिय भूमिका जरूरी है।”
राजनाथ सिंह ने कहा कि भारत कभी युद्ध की शुरुआत नहीं करता और न ही किसी की भूमि पर नजर रखता है। लेकिन अगर किसी ने भारत की भूमि या संप्रभुता को चुनौती दी, तो भारत अपनी पूरी शक्ति से उसका सामना करेगा।
उन्होंने कहा कि “दुनिया हमें केवल हमारी शक्ति के लिए नहीं बल्कि सत्य, शांति और न्याय के प्रति हमारी प्रतिबद्धता के लिए सम्मान देती है। लेकिन जब बात सुरक्षा की आती है, तो हम हर संभव कदम उठाएंगे।”
