Defence Forces Vision 2047: Defence Minister Rajnath Singh released the ‘Definance Forces Vision 2047’ document on Tuesday. This document is being considered as a major strategic blueprint deciding the future direction of the Indian Armed Forces. This Vision document has been prepared by Headquarters Integrated Defense Staff. The objective is to create a modern, integrated and technologically advanced military strength to the Indian Army by 2047 that effectively cope with future wars and security challenges.
The Government aims that when India completes 100 years of independence, the country’s military power is not only regional but also globally as a strong and respected strength.

Ministry of Defence According to this Vision document is not only a policy document but a roadmap deciding the direction of development of Indian Armed Forces in the next two decades. It has been reported that wars will not be limited to ground, sea and air only in the coming time. The role of new areas like Space, Cyber, Information and Cognitive Domain in future conflicts will also be very important.
That is why the Indian Army has been asked to develop as a multi-domain force in this document. This means that the army will be prepared to perform operations in multiple areas simultaneously. Emphasis on better synergy between the three forces
The most important aspect of this vision is to increase better synergy between the three forces thal army, navy and air force. The document has clearly stated that the independent operation of different forces in future wars will not be sufficient. Instead an integrated operational structure will be required.
The concept of Integrated Theater Commands has also been considered important in this vision, in a long discussion in this direction. The capabilities of the three forces in a particular geographical area under this arrangement can be brought under the same command so that the operation is more effective and faster. Special focus on new technology and innovation
Vision 2047 A major goal of the Indian Army is to technically enable more. The document describes that the role of techniques such as Artificial Intelligence, Drone, Autonomous System, Cyber Operation and Data-Centric Warfare in future wars will increase rapidly. So it is planned to include these techniques in military training, operational planning and weapon systems.
इसके अलावा सेना के ट्रेनिंग स्ट्रक्चर को भी आधुनिक बनाने पर जोर दिया गया है। इसमें सिमुलेशन-आधारित प्रशिक्षण, संयुक्त सैन्य अभ्यास और टेक्नोलॉजी आधारित ट्रेनिंग को बढ़ावा दिया जाएगा। रक्षा मंत्रालय का मानना है कि इससे सैनिकों को भविष्य के जटिल युद्धों के लिए बेहतर तरीके से तैयार किया जा सकेगा। (Defence Forces Vision 2047)
रक्षा क्षेत्र में आत्मनिर्भरता को बढ़ावा
विजन डॉक्यूमेंट में रक्षा क्षेत्र में आत्मनिर्भरता को भी बहुत महत्वपूर्ण माना गया है। सरकार का मानना है कि देश की सुरक्षा जरूरतों को देखते हुए रक्षा उपकरणों के लिए विदेशी आयात पर निर्भरता कम करना जरूरी है। इसलिए दस्तावेज में घरेलू रक्षा उद्योग, स्टार्टअप्स और अनुसंधान संस्थानों की भूमिका को मजबूत करने की बात कही गई है।
स्वदेशी तकनीक और हथियार प्रणालियों का विकास न केवल सेना की जरूरतों को पूरा करेगा बल्कि देश की अर्थव्यवस्था को भी मजबूती देगा। सरकार पहले से ही ‘मेक इन इंडिया’ और ‘आत्मनिर्भर भारत’ के तहत रक्षा उत्पादन को बढ़ावा देने की कोशिश कर रही है। यह विजन उसी दिशा में एक दीर्घकालिक रणनीति माना जा रहा है। (Defence Forces Vision 2047)
चरणबद्ध तरीके से लागू होगा विजन
इस विजन को लागू करने के लिए एक चरणबद्ध रणनीति तैयार की गई है। पहले चरण में अगले कुछ वर्षों के भीतर सैन्य संरचना में बुनियादी सुधारों और समन्वय को मजबूत किया जाएगा। दूसरे चरण में नई तकनीकों को सेना में शामिल करने और संयुक्त कमांड व्यवस्था को मजबूत करने पर ध्यान दिया जाएगा। वहीं, अंतिम चरण में वर्ष 2047 तक भारतीय सेना को पूरी तरह आधुनिक, एकीकृत और तकनीकी रूप से उन्नत सैन्य शक्ति के रूप में विकसित करने का लक्ष्य रखा गया है।

राष्ट्रीय शक्ति के सभी पहलुओं को जोड़ने की कोशिश
विजन डॉक्यूमेंट में यह भी कहा गया है कि आधुनिक सुरक्षा चुनौतियों से निपटने के लिए केवल सैन्य शक्ति पर्याप्त नहीं होती। इसलिए राष्ट्रीय सुरक्षा को मजबूत बनाने के लिए सैन्य ताकत के साथ-साथ डिप्लोमैटिक, टेक्नोलॉजिकल और आर्थिक शक्ति को भी जोड़ना जरूरी है।
इसे “होल-ऑफ-नेशन अप्रोच” कहा जाता है, जिसमें सरकार के अलग-अलग विभाग, उद्योग, वैज्ञानिक संस्थान और कूटनीतिक संस्थाएं मिलकर काम करते हैं। इस रणनीति का उद्देश्य यह सुनिश्चित करना है कि भारत किसी भी प्रकार के सुरक्षा संकट का प्रभावी तरीके से सामना कर सके।
इस कार्यक्रम में भारतीय सेना के कई वरिष्ठ अधिकारी भी मौजूद थे। इनमें सीडीएस जनरल अनिल चौहान, नौसेना प्रमुख एडमिरल दिनेश त्रिपाठी और एयरफोर्स चीफ एयर चीफ मार्शल एपीसी सिंह भी शामिल थे। इसके अलावा रक्षा सचिव और सेना के कई वरिष्ठ अधिकारी भी इस कार्यक्रम में उपस्थित रहे। इन अधिकारियों ने इस विजन डॉक्यूमेंट को भारतीय सेना के भविष्य के लिए एक महत्वपूर्ण कदम बताया। (Defence Forces Vision 2047)
2047 तक मजबूत सैन्य शक्ति बनाने का लक्ष्य
भारत 2047 में अपनी स्वतंत्रता के 100 वर्ष पूरे करेगा। सरकार का लक्ष्य है कि उस समय तक देश न केवल आर्थिक रूप से विकसित राष्ट्र बने बल्कि उसकी सैन्य शक्ति भी विश्व स्तर पर मजबूत हो। ‘डिफेंस फोर्सेज विजन 2047’ इसी दीर्घकालिक लक्ष्य को ध्यान में रखकर तैयार किया गया है। इस दस्तावेज के जरिए भारतीय सेना को भविष्य के युद्धों के लिए तैयार करने, तकनीकी रूप से सक्षम बनाने और तीनों सेनाओं के बीच बेहतर तालमेल स्थापित करने की योजना बनाई गई है। विशेषज्ञों का मानना है कि अगर इस विजन को प्रभावी ढंग से लागू किया गया तो आने वाले वर्षों में भारतीय सशस्त्र बलों की क्षमता और प्रभाव दोनों में बड़ा बदलाव देखने को मिल सकता है। (Defence Forces Vision 2047)
