BRO Ghalar Sansari Road Restoration: Once again in the Durgam Hill District Kishtwad of Jammu and Kashmir, Border Roads Organization (BRO) has introduced a great example of its sharp work style and engineering capacity. After the collapse of a Belly Bridge on the Gallhar-Sansari route, BRO re-restored traffic to this strategic route in record time. इस ऑपरेशन का नेतृत्व 118 आरसीसी के ऑफिसर कमांडिंग लेफ्टिनेंट कर्नल जिवितेश रजोरा ने किया। सबसे पहले मौके पर पहुंचकर पुल की जांच की। इसके बाद भारी इंजीनियरिंग मशीनरी को युद्ध स्तर पर तैनात किया गया। बीआरओ की टीम ने रातों-रात एक अस्थायी डायवर्शन तैयार किया, ताकि यातायात को जल्द से जल्द दोबारा शुरू किया जा सके। इसके साथ-साथ एक अतिरिक्त सुरक्षित डायवर्शन की तैयारी का काम भी समानांतर रूप से शुरू कर दिया गया। (BRO Ghalar Sansari road restoration)
बीआरओ की इस तेज कार्रवाई का सबसे बड़ा फायदा यह हुआ कि गुलाबगढ़, संसारी और आसपास के गांवों का संपर्क पूरी तरह से कटने से बच गया। अगर समय रहते यह रास्ता नहीं खोला जाता, तो इन इलाकों में रहने वाले लोगों को जरूरी राशन, दवाइयों और अन्य आवश्यक वस्तुओं की सप्लाई में भारी दिक्कतों का सामना करना पड़ता। साथ ही सैन्य और प्रशासनिक आवाजाही भी प्रभावित होती। (BRO Ghalar Sansari road restoration)
इस बहाली अभियान के दौरान बीआरओ ने मानवीय पहलू का भी पूरा ध्यान रखा। रास्ते में फंसे यात्रियों और स्थानीय लोगों के लिए मौके पर ही रिफ्रेशमेंट और जरूरी मदद उपलब्ध कराई गईं। स्थानीय निवासियों और यात्रियों ने बीआरओ के जवानों की तारीफ करते हुए कहा कि इतनी कठिन परिस्थितियों में इतनी तेजी से काम होना अपने-आप में एक बड़ी उपलब्धि है।
बीआरओ का कहना है कि पुल ढहने की इस घटना के लिए ओवरलोडिंग जिम्मेदार है। ऐसे में भविष्य में निर्धारित लोड लिमिट और ट्रैफिक नियमों का उल्लंघन करने वालों के खिलाफ सख्त कार्रवाई की जाएगी। फिलहाल अस्थायी डायवर्शन के जरिए नियंत्रित तरीके से यातायात चलाया जा रहा है, जबकि पुल की स्थायी मरम्मत और मजबूत संरचना के निर्माण का काम भी साथ-साथ आगे बढ़ाया जा रहा है। (BRO Ghalar Sansari road restoration)
पूरे ऑपरेशन की निगरानी 35 बीआरटीएफ (उधमपुर) के कमांडर एसके सिंह ने की। उनकी देखरेख में यह सुनिश्चित किया गया कि सुरक्षा, गुणवत्ता और समय – तीनों पर कोई समझौता न हो।
बीआरओ का आदर्श वाक्य “श्रमेण सर्वं साध्यम”, यानी मेहनत से सब कुछ संभव है, इस पूरे ऑपरेशन में पूरी तरह साकार होता दिखाई दिया। गलहर-संसारी एक्सिस की बहाली एक बार फिर यह साबित करती है कि बीआरओ देश के सबसे कठिन और चुनौतीपूर्ण इलाकों में भी संपर्क बनाए रखने के लिए पूरी तरह प्रतिबद्ध है। ऊंचे पहाड़, खराब मौसम और सीमित संसाधनों के बावजूद बीआरओ लगातार यह दिखाता आया है कि उसके लिए कोई भी काम असंभव नहीं है। (BRO Ghalar Sansari road restoration)
